Jessica Lucas started 2013 on a somewhat depressing note. In April, after a few months of costarring in Cult (which premiered in February 19th, 2013) The show was cancelled. The remaining 13-week episodes of the show were broadcast by CW later in the year. However, being in a show that was cancelled so early isn't a good thing. The bright side is that Jessica Lucas' career seemed to be expanding by ways and bounds on the screen. Jessica Lucas was the American actor Michael B. Jordan's lawyer in That Awkward Moment which was released at the beginning of 2014. Problem is, she's been having an affair and clearly is the one who has the upper hand in the relationship. Lucas makes a powerful presence in the scenes that she is in and it's a buddy flick. The story is focused around the three lead characters. And as mentioned above, she also owns the stage in a handful of scenes during the Paul W.S. Anderson period action-adventure film Pompeii. Shenae, AnnaLynne McCord, and Jessica Stroup were her co-stars on the new 90210. She joined the cast in the year 2009 on Melrose Place, a rebooted version of the 90s' cult series. Riley Richmond was a good-hearted elementary school teacher.
