Lauren Ash-Morgan is an actor who has been a part of the SSC's board from 2011 is the Co-Artistic Director Founding of the recently formed theater firm Speech of Fire. She was the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 through the year 2019. As the Artistic Director for SSC she was also the company's producer costume/set designer music director, composer and coach for text.
